Earlier today, I shared that I was cleared to jog, and tonight I was able to jog while dribbling. Something so simple felt so meaningful. Grateful for the progress. Still a long road, but I am staying consistent, trusting God, and improving every day.

I got officially cleared to start jogging again today. This road has been long and hard physically and mentally but I’m grateful for every step forward. God’s timing is perfect and I’ll keep putting in the work every day. Still a long way to go but thankful for this milestone.
