292 Pipeline Program – Biweekly Feedback / Evaluations

The 292 Pipeline Program is designed to offer everyone in the Winston-Salem Stealers Program the opportunity to receive information and experiences, especially early in their basketball careers.
As of October 2026, 219 players who have graduated from The Winston-Salem Stealers program have gone onto play ball in college.
The original 292 program was designed to guide parents and players in the 7th grade-and-above through the college recruiting process. You can read about the 292 program HERE
The college basketball recruiting world has changed over the past 4-6 years (as of 2026) and younger players, 6th-grade-and-below, who may want the opportunity to play after high school, or who simply want to know how they can improve to make their middle or high school teams, need some feedback / evaluation to make sure they continue to get better.
The 292 Pipeline Program will offer biweekly evaluations, beginning with the Winter Stealers Program of 2026-27. The program will then be offered seasonally (see below).
If your daughter is in the Teach The Game Program (TTG), her biweekly feedback will be added to her TTG profile page. If your daughter is not in the TTG program, she will have a profile page created that will be password protected.
Please note the following:
- For those in the 6th grade-and-below, the pipeline program will be limited to twenty participants to start. Those twenty will have the opportunity to sign up for a 292 meeting between August – October 2027. Obviously, those meetings won’t involve too much talk, if any, concerning college recruiting, but will more so be geared to making sure the player is on the right track and to talk about what improvements need to be made.
- The opportunity to visit college practices for the younger ones will only be available if an older players is attending a campus on the same day.
- If you register for the 292 Pipeline Program and then decide to leave the Winston-Salem Stealers Program, the pipeline program ends immediately. This means your daughter will not continue to receive evaluations / feedback and meeting opportunities.
- If your daughter consistently misses opportunities to be evaluated (Stealers practices, TTG, jump shooting, BBall IQ, Stealers Tournaments) the feedback will be limited, if any at all. Coach R understands and supports multisport players, and also realizes there are other scheduling conflicts that take place during the year. However, parents and players need to understand that constantly missing will limit the amount of feedback.
- There isn’t a lot of time in between practices and / or at tournaments to provide the necessary feedback parents or players are looking for and not everyone can fit TTG, jump shooting or BBall IQ (or any other program) into their schedule, so this is another opportunity to receive consistent and direct / honest feedback.
- TTG participants will still receive their feedback from the TTG program and college showcase events. The 292 pipeline will be more frequent.
The seasonal dates will be as follows:
- Winter Program: November 1 – February 28
- Spring Program: March 1 – May 31
- Summer Program: June 1 – August 31
- Fall Program: September 1 – October 31
The costs are as follows (all grades):
- $80.00 per season, If you are already in TTG subtract $25.00. If you are already in the 292 Program*, subtract $15.00.
- $200.00 for an annual package which covers the entire year (all four seasons). Subtract $80.00 if you are in TTG. Subtract $40.00 if you are in 292*.
- Those wanting a 292 Pipeline Program for Life can do so for $100.00 / year until your daughter graduates if paid all at once upfront (discounts for TTG and 292 are already included).
