Summer Employment Opportunities

The Maddawg Basketball Training and Event Center has several part-time opportunities available this summer, beginning June 22, 2023.

Opportunities range from basketball camp coaches to event secretary to summer league official / referee.

Brief job description:

Basketball Camp Coaches:

• Help with drills for younger players (1st-8th grades, majority).
• Basic basketball knowledge is important.
• Patience is important.
• Enthusiasm is important.
• The ability to lead is important.

Event Secretary:

• Handle camp registration / check in.
• Help with tournament / gate entry.
• Has the ability to stay focused at the gate area; not allowing for the entrance to become crowded.
• No basketball knowledge is required.
• Being on time is of the utmost importance.

Summer League Official / Referee:

• No experience necessary.
• Need a general idea of basic basketball rules.
• Need to be on time for games.
