The Winston-Salem Stealers Alumni Association

Welcome to The Winston-Salem Stealers Alumni Assocation.   You laid the foundation for today’s organization. The Winston-Salem Stealers continue to grow and do great things on an off the court.  Every small success in practice, in a skill session or in a game is because of you.

We continue to try to show how basketball is a reflection of life each day:  How to handle success and how to handle struggles, how to keep trying and how to let things go… all are a part of both basketball and life.

I think it is important for the current players to have a stronger connection with you, the alums, as it is important to relate.

This page is for you.

You, free of charge, can register below as an alum of the program and then, if you want, can send me a current photo of yourself, your family, your job, your life and I’ll post it here.  When you send in that photo, please send me a short bio of what you are doing today. You can always send in changes.   Email that information to coachrobinson292@gmail.com.

Once you have registered, you’ll be added to our alumni contact list where our director and Stealers 2015 Alum Kaila Craven-Brandenburg can keep you connected to the happenings in and around the organization.   If you need an example of what your bio can look like, Kaila’s is below..

If you would like to donate to the Winston-Salem Stealers, there are options below.   We have several outreach programs that help to allow the girls to make a difference in the community.

I am really proud of each and every one of you and I really, more so, want to just say “Thank You”.  You were and, like these girls today, are, the best part of my day and you made what was supposed to be a one-year thing into a life-changing entity for so, so many people.

Yours for Better Basketball Always,

Brian / Coach Robinson / Coach R

Millesa has watched her former players now go on to college and senior years in high school.. Millesa still lives locally and have a 3 year old son Cal. Millesa loves walks with their goldendoodle June and playing around the town! Cal loves gyms as much as Millesa does and was where he spent the first 1 1/2 years of his life at Mount Tabor while Millesa coached!

When asked what she misses most about basketball, her answer is always the time she spent with the Stealers. Some of her best memories were with her teammates as they travelled around the country playing in high level tournaments all summer long. Many of her teammates stay in touch with her and have helped each other out with camps, skills, or even creating an adult team for a league. Much is to be credited to what environment is created by the Stealers. Millesa hopes the young ones growing up will get to say the same, that their teammates and coaches hold some of their best memories.
